I do!! Maybe it's because running never appealed to me due to the boring routine of it. Maybe it's because being on a treadmill or elliptical machine for 20 minutes plus bores the heck out of me. What's so great about it? You can do your strength training/toning while maintaining a high heart rate. Therefore, you're killing two birds with one stone: the dreaded cardio AND toning at the same time! Below is just one example of HIIT:
