Sunday wrap-up.

I love it when the temperatures drop in Arizona. It was a rainy beautiful weekend. Spent a lot of time with my sweety, watched some fantastic movies like Chronicle and Sherlock Holmes 2.

Even better when the beautiful weather is paired with a gourmet breakfast such as this. Egg white omelet with honey caramelized onions with some basil on top, toasted English muffin, and healthy antioxidants.

I told myself I would work out really hard over the weekend and you know what? I did it. Put in approximately 1.5 hours at the gym and feeling really motivated to keep going with my workout goals. After taking 2 days off from working out, it's always a battle to drag myself back into the gym but it always feels soo good to get past that hump. I found that buying a little composition journal to track down my progress helps me to stay on track with my fitness goals.

Tonight? Aiming for at least 200 crunches and watching The Avengers with my little brother.

How was your weekend? Have you seen the Avengers? Are you working on a goal right now, too?

  1. Your gym motivation is inspiring! I'm also working on my fitness goals at the moment. I aim for 4 workouts per week (cardio & weights).

    1. Go you on starting back up. I always find that is the most challenging part of working out; starting a routine. But once you get going, it'll be soo relaxing and nice! Get it, get it!!
